During the fall of 2007 I started the Leadership Development Training program with seven people in the western mountains of Romania. Last year I set the goal for 2009 to increase the number of people involved in Biblical studies to 120. You have inspired and empowered us to begin and continue this program, and now, by God’s grace 140 people, both men and women, are part of the training in five different areas of Romania. I work closely with twelve Romanian Senior Pastors in this program and I am thankful for each one of them! Teaching, training and empowering God’s people to do His work is a clear command of our Lord for His Church, and I see the leadership development program as God’s call for us at this time.
During the month of May 2009 we had the first intensive training seminars this year. We did a study on the parables of Jesus and the teacher was Kenny Woodhull. Kenny, thank you so much for a great job!
